Got Accreditation? Lansing Does!

Kudos to the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau (GLCVB) for its recent accreditation from the Destination Marketing Accreditation Program!  This international recognition tells members of the community, buyers and potential visitors that the GLCVB has attained the highest measure of excellence.

This former North Star client is the first Michigan CVB to earn the designation . . . and that’s because it’s not easy to do!  To receive the accreditation, Lansing had to meet the highest standards in a number of areas including brand/brand management, communications, governance, finance, human resources, technology, visitor services, group services, sales, membership, destination development, research/market intelligence, innovation and stakeholder relationships.  Wow!
